Healing begins when you feel safe, supported, and not alone
Dr. Laya Reddy, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, offers high-quality, intentional care for individuals navigating identity, relationships, grief, and transitions. Her approach is reflective, relational, and deeply attuned to multicultural complexity.
You’re not here because something is “wrong.”
You may be accomplished, capable, and outwardly steady—yet quietly holding grief, uncertainty,
or questions about who you are and where you’re going.
Perhaps you’ve learned to function well while feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
Many of the people I work with are navigating:
Identity questions and cultural complexity
Relationship patterns that no longer fit
Life transitions, loss, or unspoken grief
High-functioning anxiety, stress, or burnout
If you’re longing for a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and emotionally safe—you’re in the right place.
Care shaped by depth, training, and lived understanding.I’m Dr. Laya Reddy, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering culturally responsive, relational therapy for adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions.
My work is shaped by doctoral-level training, years of clinical experience in complex settings, and a deep commitment to cultural humility. I bring both rigor and warmth into the room—so you feel supported, understood, and free to explore at your own pace.
This practice was created to offer high-quality, intentional care for those seeking depth.
Outside the therapy room…
I’m grounded by reflection, culture, and connection.
I find restoration in journaling, vintage stationery, Pilates, golf, and the comfort of familiar melodies—especially Sufi and Indian music.
Growing up multilingual—speaking four languages—alongside my parents’ wisdom and a richly multicultural upbringing has shaped how I listen, how I interpret, and how I understand the layers of identity people carry.
These rhythms of life inform the presence I bring into the room—steady, thoughtful, and human.
Step inside this space…
Therapy here is unhurried and collaborative. Sessions are a place to speak freely, reflect openly, and explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your history, and your goals.
STEP 1:
Slow down and explore what you’re carrying.
STEP 2:
Reflect on the patterns, identities, and experiences shaping your inner world.
STEP 3:
Move toward clarity, integration, and emotional grounding.
This is not a place for quick fixes—it’s a space to transform.
The first step is a conversation. Schedule a consultation to explore whether this space feels like a fit for you.
